Organizational Change Program Planning
Organizational change management and project and program management are closely interrelated. Every project includes change. Every change initiative must be managed as a project to ensure successful implementation. In our experience, we have observed that most change management teams fail to keep their projects within scope, on time, and on budget if they do not apply a proven project and program management methodology, a disciplined process, and practical tools to track project execution.
Furthermore, project success is more likely if it is planned by a project manager who is also an expert in organizational change management. This is needed since an overall change project plan might require, for example, a fully developed communications and training plan.
Our KI project managers have helped clients successfully plan and implement small-scale and local change initiatives to large-scale, complex, nation-wide or even global business transformations.
