The winter and especially the end of the year is a great opportunity to go within and to incubate new ideas and projects, to rethink and to re-evaluate the "old" as well as to envision, to dream, to birth, to clarify, and to create the "new"... This has been the case for us at the Katzenbach Institute. Based on the New*Earth*Brave*Hearts initiative which we launched in September, we are now heading into the direction of aligning our areas of focus towards the one:NewEarth:one vision & mission realization.
