Anita is a New Earth Futurist, Visionary, Conscious Business Leader, Entrepreneur, Management Consultant, Change Agent, and Starseed.
She has held management consulting, advisory, and leadership positions in various for-profit and non-profit organizations from early-stage tech startups to Fortune Global 500 companies. She is the Founder and CEO of the Katzenbach Institute. Her passion is building the New Earth and creating solutions for our planet’s most pressing challenges by focusing on conscious businesses and benevolent (Light) technologies.
Her background includes more than 20 years of international consulting and project management experience. She has worked on multi-million dollar programs and led the development and implementation of complex change management and process improvement projects.
She offers extensive experience in organizational change & development, large-scale technology/systems implementation, strategy, project/program management, communications, marketing, leadership/talent development, process improvement, and innovation.
Anita is also experienced in business models and business plans, product/market fit, systems thinking, TQM/service quality management, e-learning, global sustainability, energy efficiency, and greening of business.
She is familiar with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Aprimo, HighRadius, PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, LMS and the custom-built German ideas management workflow solution “idee.com.”
